La Buena Muerte was conceived during the lockdown of 2020, while the country was under strict confinement. The concept came to life in 2021, coinciding with Mexico’s Día de los Muertos on November 1st, in the city of Granada. From the day it opened, the venue launched a countdown timer set to 666 days. A number that wasn’t chosen at random, and would later inspire the identity behind the concept created for the Ryans hotels.

666 is the smash burger concept developed exclusively for Ryans Hotels. A space that playfully challenges the divine, it premiered at the newly opened Ryans Lolas in June 2023. One year later, in 2024, Ryans Ibiza opened its own 666 in Playa d’en Bossa. Now, with two locations on the island, 666 serves up a menu where burgers and smoked meats are the unapologetic stars.
